main goal:
Provide an open 5G experimentation platform to enable the development, deployment and testing of Automotive related 5G applications. The projects aims at releasing a repository for NetApps and VNFs to ease the design and chaining of new Automotive services. The developed NetApps as well as the Automotive Open Experimental Platform will be validated and evaluated through the trial of Connected and Automated Driving relevant Use Cases to assess the overall solution’s suitability and functional improvements.
nextworks role:
Participate in selected Use Cases by developing and integrating NetApps related to infotainment, network monitoring and sensors’ management and control. NXW also participates to the prototyping of NetApps orchestration and repository platforms.
